Please note that due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. We provide digital services (mixing and mastering), which are customized and delivered electronically. As such, we do not offer refunds once a project has been started or delivered.

However, in the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the final product due to unforeseen circumstances—such as extended closure caused by incidents like theft, fire, or other serious disruptions—we will reach out to discuss alternative solutions. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the situation and the stage of the project.

We are committed to client satisfaction and offer revisions within the scope of the original project to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
